Family Connections
Situation:
Family Connections is an aftercare communication program that provides support to families dealing with bereavement. Among the program tools is a series of carefully crafted letters that provide funeral homes with an effective way to help family members through a difficult time while educating them on the benefits of preplanning in order to avoid the emotional burden for their family.
Results:
Client satisfaction loyalty scores increased from 892 to 928 while improving the number of referrals for pre-arranged funeral sales. 50% of pre-arrangement sales came from ongoing attention through aftercare.
