Olivia Salvo

Within an agency full of Type A personalities and accomplished, take-charge individuals, it’s definitely not easy to have one’s voice make a significant impact. All the same, this is Olivia’s challenge. She may be a novice to the business of direct marketing, but she took to the team immediately and is quickly becoming the external voice of our company. With the discipline of a dancer and a talent for choreography, she aims to keep track of our comings-and-goings and welcome agency visitors on the phone and in person. As she continuously builds upon the solid foundation of her academic and work experience, we’ll count on her to help us uphold key client priorities and support the myriad administrative details that allow us to do our best.

A recent BA grad from Brock University, Olivia is an avid student of marketing and joined us after completing an extensive marketing internship with Sherwin-Williams. Her prior years of experience as a Key Holder and Sales Associate for this company gave her a good grounding in retail, contractor accounts, sales and lead generation techniques. She also brings admin experience within a photo packaging and mailing warehouse as well as party planning experience. One step away from becoming a CDTA-certified Dance Instructor, she values fitness, training, fine technique and creative expression... qualities that will make her a star at Direct Access.
