A direct marketing industry professional since 1986, Jay discovered very early on a natural talent for D2C communication within the insurance industry and cultivated this very specialized skill. Her portfolio includes 10 years as a Senior Copywriter with AMEX Life, followed by 15+ years’ intensive direct mail and telemarketing copywriting experience with a leading global insurance marketing company. Her in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior and insurance regulations has enhanced marketing programs with leading financial institutions in over 25 countries.
